What did they look like? How would you recognize a true early wristwatch from a \u201cconversion\u201d if you came across one today? I hope to shine a light on the early history of the wristwatch which until now has been veiled in legend and misinformation.<\/p>\n<p>Richard Edwards is a semi-retired watch restorer and tutor and sometime Technology teacher.
