\nHorological Institute make or give, nor has any other person any
\nauthority to make or give, any representations or warranty.
\n\u00b7 All statements whether written or verbal are statements of
\nopinion and are not to be taken as statements or representations
\nof fact.
\n\u00b7 Goods become the liability of the Buyer immediately after the
\nfall of the hammer. There is no Buyer\u2019s Premium. If your bid is
\nsuccessful, the price you bid is the price you pay.
\n\u00b7 Electrical \/ electronic items are sold with no guarantee as to their
\ncondition or safety. All such equipment should be checked by a
\nsuitably qualified electrician.
\n\u00b7 Electrical \/ electronic items should be marked to indicate
\nwhether or not they are working. Any unmarked item may be
\nconsidered as not working by the auctioneer and bidders. Slips
\nare available from the front desk.
\n\u00b7 We reserve the right to refuse any lots containing fluids \/
\npowders and the like that are not in secure & sealed containers.
\n\u00b7 Payment up to one hundred pounds should be made in cash.
\n\u00b7 By prior arrangement and agreement from the treasurer we will
\naccept cheques for total purchases of over one hundred pounds.
\nThis may mean that some sellers will have to accept cheques by
\nway of payment.
\n\u00b7 Lots are to be removed at the Buyer\u2019s expense immediately after
\nthe conclusion of the sale, when a receipt for payment must be
